Job Description

Chapman Tate Associates are working with a leading international organisation to recruit a seasoned ServiceNow Business Analyst fora 6-month outside IR35 contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hybrid role that combines UK-based remote work with monthly travel to Brussels, Belgium to engage directly with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

Gather and analyse business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories
Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and stakeholders across IT and business teams
Support testing, change management, and solution validation
Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across ITSM, HRSD, or other modules

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst(past projects)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid set up
English proficiency required (French & Dutch as a bonus)
