Job Role | The best and worst job in the World! The Recruitment Consultant (in our case an IT Recruitment Consultant)
Well you could call yourself a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Talent Scout, Search Executive, a Human Trafficking Consultant... Call a spade a spade, you find people jobs.
Salary | £30-45,000 basic salary | Uncapped Comms | Essentially you work harder, you can earn more. The better you are at finding people jobs, the more basic salary you can earn. The commission scheme is strong.
Location | Hybrid Working – Work between home and our offices in Central Birmingham with parking (outside CAZ zone). We like to see you in the office and not just on webcam, so it would be good to see you in the office during the week.
Training | Every day is a school day. We are partnered with some of the industry’s most recognised trainers to help you stay competitive.
Key traits needed | Enthusiastic; don\'t take yourself too seriously; handle rejection; commercial; think outside the box; multitask; persistent when you hit resistance
What we would like to see | A track record in some form of B2B sales. IT Sales or Recruitment experience is a plus. Experience in Finance, IT, Pharma or other specialist areas is welcome.

We work with clients ranging from FTSE 250 listed outfits, household names and Start-Ups in the UK, United States, EMEA and ASIA-APAC Regions, giving you the opportunity to expand your client base with support from the senior management team.
CTA seeks a Principal IT Recruitment Consultant (or someone looking to get in on the ground up of their recruitment career) who can help grow new and existing accounts. The role may involve mentoring junior staff now or in the future, and there is potential to develop into a future leader.
We are happy to have someone based remotely but would ideally need some visibility in our offices at the start of the month for team catchups.

What we would like to see from someone who joins us:
- A track record on a niche recruitment desk, preferably in tech; experience in Finance or Pharma is also welcome if placing niche candidates.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to help others achieve success.
- A track record of billings of at least £120,000 - £150,000 per year.
- Experience in Account Management and/or Business Development.
