We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international organisation seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist with strong Employee Central expertise. This is an excellent opportunity to own and enhance a mature SuccessFactors environment, working closely with HR, Payroll and IT to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
What you'll get involved in:
- Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Provide specialist system support and resolve system issues on SuccessFactors and Employee Central
- Manage workflows, business rules, MDF objects, permissions and foundation data
- Support data loads, reporting, testing and SAP bi-annual releases
- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
- Act as the SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert for the business
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, role-based permissions and Employee Central administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
