Chapman Tate Associates are recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK organisation for an experienced Salesforce Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex Salesforce environment with exposure to multiple platforms and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Administration of Salesforce CRM, including user management, permissions, Flows, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Ensuring data integrity, compliance with GDPR, and alignment with governance policies.
- Supporting integrations with tools such as Dell Boomi and FinDock.
- Troubleshooting issues, resolving support tickets, and assisting end users.
- Testing, configuring, and implementing new Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Contributing to ongoing system development projects.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1β2 yearsβ experience in Salesforce administration.
- Proficiency with Salesforce tools such as Flows, Data Loader, and Experience Cloud.
