Chapman Tate Associates are recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK organisation for an experienced Salesforce Administrator . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex Salesforce environment with exposure to multiple platforms and integrations.
Responsibilities Administration of Salesforce CRM, including user management, permissions, Flows, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Ensuring data integrity, compliance with GDPR, and alignment with governance policies.
Supporting integrations with tools such as Dell Boomi and FinDock.
Troubleshooting issues, resolving support tickets, and assisting end users.
Testing, configuring, and implementing new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Contributing to ongoing system development projects.
Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years\’ experience in Salesforce administration.
Proficiency with Salesforce tools such as Flows, Data Loader, and Experience Cloud.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of data governance and GDPR.
