Sales Specialist | SaaS Organisation | Suffolk | Onsite (ÂŁ32,000 – ÂŁ38,000 DOE)
A growing SaaS client of mine is looking to hire a driven, charismatic, and confident Sales Specialist to join their expanding team. You\’ll be part of a high-performing group of four, with a supportive 3-month ramp-up period to get you settled and successful.
This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, inquisitive, and takes a phone-first, consultative approach to sales. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t settle for surface-level questions — someone who digs deeper to understand a prospect’s current setup and can clearly communicate how our client’s product can solve real business problems.
You\’ll manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and qualifying leads, to booking demos and closing deals. There will also be opportunities to attend expos across Ireland, network, and promote the product in person.
While many of the leads are warm, this is a phone-heavy role — so you\’ll need to be confident picking up the phone and starting conversations. Your market background doesn\’t matter too much as long as it Sales focused.
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Suffolk, with the potential for hybrid working after the first 6 months.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contacting and qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to close new business
- Acting as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound prospects
- Having consultative, fact-finding conversations to understand client needs
- Developing tailored approaches to convert prospects into customers
- Managing the full sales cycle: identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- A positive, proactive mindset
- Confidence in phone-based selling and live presentations
- A charismatic team player who’s money-motivated and ambitious
If this sounds like something you’d be keen to explore, feel free to get in touch at bbaker@chapmantate.com.
