What you'll be doing:
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients across the legal and property sectors.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, objectives, and business needs.
- Clearly communicate the value of our solutions and assess fit before handing opportunities to the sales team.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and Client Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback to help improve messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates and reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Training teams to support campaigns, events, and pipeline generation initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar outbound sales role.
- Confident prospecting skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, questioning, and relationship-building abilities.
- A consultative sales approach with strong discovery and qualification skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales activity.
- Self-motivated, organised, and driven to exceed targets.
- Experience in SaaS, legal technology, property technology, or B2B software sales is desirable but not essential.
