CTA are seeking an experienced Senior Sage X3 Support Consultant to join a leading Sage Business Partner. This role is ideal for a senior functional consultant with a strong background in supporting Sage X3 across finance, distribution, and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with customer teams to resolve complex issues, implement minor enhancements, and ensure Sage X3 solutions meet operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd / 3rd line functional support for Sage X3 customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues across Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules
  • Work alongside project consultants and developers to deliver solutions and enhancements
  • Support customers through system upgrades, patches, and minor configuration changes
  • Act as a trusted escalation point for junior consultants and support analysts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Ensure Sage X3 systems are optimised and support key business workflows

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Sage X3 functional consultant or senior support consultant
  • Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules (essential), with Distribution or Manufacturing experience highly desirable
  • Experience managing complex support tickets and escalations in a multi-customer environment
  • Confident understanding of Sage X3 processes, configuration, and data flow
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
