Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sage X3 Consultant to join a dynamic team on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility while working on impactful ERP projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Sage X3 solutions across Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and other business modules. You will work closely with clients to optimise workflows, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sage X3 implementation projects, from scoping and configuration to testing and deployment.
• Provide functional and technical support, assisting end-users with system issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain reports (Crystal Reports, SEI dashboards, BI tools) and perform data analysis.
• Document processes, provide user guides, and deliver training to client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sage X3 Consultant or Functional/ERP Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Sage X3 modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement).
• Experience with data migration, report development, system upgrades, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
