CTA are supporting a growing UK-based ERP consultancy that is expanding its Sage Intacct support capability. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sage Intacct professional to join a stable, customer-focused support function, providing high-quality application support to a diverse client base.
The role is primarily focused on supporting live Sage Intacct environments, working closely with finance teams to ensure system stability, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent support experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day application support for Sage Intacct customers
- Act as a primary or secondary escalation point for Sage Intacct support queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, reporting, multi-entity)
- Support clients through month-end and year-end financial processes
- Manage and resolve support tickets in line with agreed SLAs
- Deliver configuration changes, minor enhancements, and system improvements
- Provide user guidance, training, and best-practice advice
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Proven experience supporting Sage Intacct in a commercial or consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting workflows
- Experience working within an ERP or application support role
- Confident engaging with finance stakeholders and end users
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently within a fully remote working model
- Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset
