The Opportunity This senior role is ideal for a skilled ERP professional with deep functional expertise, strong client engagement skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation. You\’ll lead end-to-end ERP projects and manage a team of Functional Consultants—guiding best-practice delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: ERP Solution Leadership Lead the functional design and implementation of Epicor ERP solutions across industries Analyse client business processes, gather requirements, and design best-practice configurations Provide expert guidance across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CRM, and more Collaborate with technical consultants to deliver seamless integrations Project Delivery Act as the lead functional consultant across multiple ERP projects Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption strategies Produce clear documentation including specifications, process maps, and test plans Support UAT, data migration, and go-live success Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of Functional Consultants Review and sign off on solution designs Oversee team resourcing, performance, and workload planning Continuous Improvement Stay current with ERP trends, updates, and best practices Help evolve internal methodologies, templates, and delivery frameworks Recommend process optimisations for clients Your Skills & Experience 7+ years\’ experience in Epicor ERP functional consulting Expertise in modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, CRM, and Supply Chain Strong understanding of core ERP processes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Plan-to-Produce (P2P) Record-to-Report (R2R) Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Deep knowledge of multi-company, multi-site, and intercompany trading configurations Comfortable engaging with C-suite and finance stakeholders Excellent documentation, training, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Qualifications Epicor ERP certifications (any module) Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Manufacturing Experience with Time & Materials project delivery Familiarity with PSA tools such as Certinia (Salesforce) What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid work model with flexibility Leadership role in major ERP projects Opportunities for career growth and certifications Collaborative and expert-led environment
