Our client, a technology-enabled organisation that operates at the intersection of LegalTech and PropTech focused on improving and digitising the property valuation process, is looking to hire a Director of Operations to lead operational delivery, drive process efficiency and support the continued growth of a fast-paced property transaction business. The role will focus on improving workflow performance, customer experience and operational scalability across conveyancing and partner operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery across conveyancing and transaction workflows
- Drive process improvement, efficiency and service performance
- Manage operational KPIs, SLAs and transaction timelines
- Lead and develop operations and customer service teams
