The Role
As a NetSuite Consultant, you’ll take ownership of delivering NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimisation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, configure the system, streamline processes, and ensure smooth project delivery from discovery to go‑live.
This is a client‑facing role with plenty of variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a team that values innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support
- Configure and customise NetSuite modules to meet business needs
- Analyse current processes and recommend best‑practice improvements
- Create documentation including solution designs, workflows, and functional specs
- Provide user training, support, and consultancy to clients
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant (Functional, Technical, or Hybrid)
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, or SuiteCommerce
- Experience delivering implementations or major optimisation projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- NetSuite certifications are highly desirable
