We are working with a well-established and growing ERP consultancy seeking an experienced Sage 200 Support Consultant to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to work within a collaborative, client-focused environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and efficient support across Sage 200 and associated solutions. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring issues are resolved effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Providing technical and functional support for Sage 200 and related applications
- Managing and updating support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities
