This is an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Guru with deep experience across LeadâtoâOrder and OrderâtoâCash processes. You'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, solving complex challenges, and using your initiative to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner and strategic driver of the NetSuite platform.
- Lead enhancements, optimisation initiatives and roadmap planning.
- Work endâtoâend across LeadâtoâOrder and OrderâtoâCash processes to streamline workflows and maximise platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, commercial and technical teams.
- Anticipate issues proactively, using insight, initiative and technical expertise to prevent problems before they arise.
- Drive continuous improvement through configuration, automation and bestâpractice process design.
- Oversee system performance, integrations, user adoption and overall data integrity.
- Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
