About the Role:
CTA are supporting an organisation seeking an experienced Syteline Data Entry Contractor to join on an initial 3-month contract. This role will focus on verifying and maintaining the integrity of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Operations data within Syteline. The position is primarily data verification–focused, with some new data entry required where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Operations data in Syteline
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and overall data integrity
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Carry out limited new data entry to support corrections
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm data accuracy
- Maintain clear and accurate records of changes made
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Infor Syteline
- Strong background in BOMs and Operations data
- Good understanding of manufacturing data structures
- High attention to detail and strong data validation skills
- Previous contract experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
