IT Support Engineer

Worcester (On site 5 days per week)

£35,000 - £45,000

Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be partnering with one of our longest-standing clients—a recognised leader in the logistics industry with deep roots in the Worcester area. As they continue to invest in their technology infrastructure, we’re now looking to bring an experienced IT Support Engineer into their thriving team.

About the Role

This is a fully on-site position, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being hands-on with systems, hardware, and users daily. You’ll be part of a close-knit IT function where your contributions will be integral to the smooth running of operations across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing end-to-end IT support across the company’s infrastructure
  • Monitoring and managing Windows environments (including Azure AD & Microsoft 365)
  • Handling network protocols—particularly DHCP and DNS configuration and troubleshooting
  • Working closely with internal teams to solve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Supporting on-site hardware, software installations, and updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies: Windows OS, M365, Azure
  • Solid experience with DHCP and DNS
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work fully on-site in Worcester Monday-Friday
