Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and applications, including Office 365.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring seamless user access and security.
• Support and administer Azure environments, optimizing cloud-based solutions.
• Handle Exchange server management, ensuring efficient email communication.
• Utilize Intune for mobile device management and security.
• Manage VMware environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain firewall settings to protect network integrity.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and applications (Office 365).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange.
• Experience with Intune, Citrix, and VMware.
• Proficiency in firewall configuration and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
