Operating in a hybrid environment with offices located throughout the UK, this role offers flexibility alongside the opportunity to collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to deliver meaningful business impact.
As the CRM Specialist, you will take ownership of the organisation’s HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it is optimised to support sales performance, pipeline visibility, and customer engagement. You will act as the subject-matter expert for CRM processes, data governance, reporting, automation, and user adoption. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical CRM expertise with stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, maintain, and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform to align with evolving business and sales requirements.
- Ensure customer, prospect, and pipeline data remains accurate, complete, and compliant with governance standards.
- Design and develop CRM workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Support sales teams through CRM training, guidance, and best-practice adoption.
- Produce insightful reporting on pipeline performance, sales activity, CRM utilisation, and forecasting.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to integrate HubSpot with wider business systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve user experience.
