About the Role

We are supporting a high-growth, multi-million-pound professional services organisation in the search for a HubSpot CRM Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting their sales function and driving data-led decision making across the business. This is a key position sitting close to the Sales Director, acting as the operational backbone for the sales team and ensuring the CRM is fully optimised to support performance, pipeline visibility, and revenue growth. You will work directly with Sales Leadership, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives to enhance how the business uses HubSpot to win, manage, and grow client relationships.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role where you will act as the bridge between sales, marketing, and revenue operations, ensuring HubSpot is fully leveraged as a strategic growth tool—not just a system of record. You will be responsible for improving data quality, building insightful dashboards, supporting forecasting accuracy, and enabling the sales team to operate more efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM environment across the sales organisation
  • Partner closely with the Sales Director to support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility of sales activity and revenue performance
  • Support Sales Executives and Sales Managers with CRM best practice and process adherence
  • Improve data integrity, segmentation, and lead management processes
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure seamless lead flow and attribution tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM workflows, automation, and efficiency
  • Provide actionable insights to support sales strategy and decision-making
  • Train and support users to maximise CRM adoption across the sales team

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (essential)
  • Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Analysis or Sales Support
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B environment
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors
  • Understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
