Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) to recruit a talented Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco and Aruba technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, customer-focused organisation delivering high-quality network solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients nationwide.

As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, deployment, and support of complex network infrastructures, primarily leveraging Cisco and Aruba technologies.

  • Design, configure, and support Cisco and Aruba network solutions
  • Deliver network implementation and upgrade projects for clients nationwide
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for network-related incidents and service requests
  • Perform network troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance optimisation
  • Maintain network documentation and ensure best practices are followed

Key skills include:

  • Cisco networking (routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Aruba networking solutions (WLAN, switching, ClearPass is a plus)
  • Network security principles
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / Aruba ACMA / ACMP are advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide

We offer a hybrid working model (4 days in Portsmouth office), career progression within a growing and dynamic MSP, and support for ongoing training and certifications.
