As an RPG Developer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing core business systems, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. You’ll be involved in:

  • Developing and maintaining RPG (RPG III / IV / ILE) applications
  • Supporting and improving IBM i (AS/400) systems
  • Working on system integrations and modernisation projects
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an RPG Developer (RPG III / IV / ILE)
  • Strong experience with IBM i / AS400 environments
  • Solid understanding of legacy systems and modernisation approaches
  • Ability to work onsite in Birmingham, 5 days per week
