Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Financial Systems Manager for a permanent position based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional with strong ERP systems expertise, particularly Sage X3, to take ownership of financial reporting, systems optimisation, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering activities across the organisation.
Location: London (5 days onsite)
Salary: Up to Β£85,000

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Developing KPI dashboards and performance reporting
- Acting as the Sage X3 subject matter expert
- Driving finance systems improvements and enhancements
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight
- Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and cost optimisation
We're looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in a Financial Systems Manager, Finance Systems Lead, or Management Accountant role
- Strong Sage X3 experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI (desirable)
