ERP Solutions Architect – Join a Leading Distribution Powerhouse!
Location: North East Birmingham – 1-2 days in the office – Hybrid
Salary: £70-80,000 + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ERP architecture — designing and implementing solutions that make our business run like clockwork.
- Work closely with teams across IT, Operations, and Finance to turn business needs into seamless, scalable system designs.
- Champion best practices, standards, and governance for ERP excellence.
- Lead integrations, upgrades, and system enhancements to keep our tech ecosystem cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
- Explore emerging technologies to future-proof our ERP landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an ERP Solutions Architect (ideally in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain).
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms — SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, or Infor.
- A solid understanding of core business processes like procurement, logistics, warehousing, sales, and finance.
- Confident working across technical and business teams — you speak both languages fluently.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Experience in Data and IT Infrastructure Systems Management will give you a strong advantage, helping you see the bigger picture of how everything connects.
