Drive Digital Transformation Across UK Manufacturing

Are you an experienced ERP sales professional with a passion for helping manufacturers modernise their operations? We're partnering with a rapidly growing ERP solutions provider that is expanding its presence across the UK manufacturing sector. Due to continued growth, we're seeking an ambitious ERP Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities within discrete manufacturing organisations.

This is an opportunity to join a respected ERP consultancy with a strong implementation track record and a portfolio of modern cloud-based ERP solutions designed specifically for manufacturers.

As an ERP Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and winning new customers across the discrete manufacturing sector. You'll work closely with pre-sales consultants, delivery teams and marketing to develop opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify new ERP opportunities within manufacturing accounts
  • Build relationships with Managing Directors, Finance Directors, Operations Directors and IT leaders
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business transformation and operational efficiency
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop strategic account plans and territory growth initiatives
  • Deliver compelling ERP demonstrations alongside pre-sales consultants
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management
  • Represent the business at manufacturing events, exhibitions and industry forums
Ideal Experience:
  • Proven ERP software sales experience
  • Experience selling solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, IFS, Sage X3 or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling six-figure software and services engagements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a consultative, customer-focused approach
