Job Title: ERP Project Manager – Construction & Pre-Construction Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid options available) Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 OTE About the Role: CTA are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with a strong background in the construction and pre-construction sectors to lead ERP implementation and transformation projects. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operational teams to ensure successful system delivery aligned to construction-specific processes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects within construction and pre-construction environments * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks * Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and implementation consultants * Translate business requirements into clear project plans and deliverables * Ensure ERP solutions support key construction workflows, including cost control, project accounting, and forecasting * Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders Required Experience: * Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager * Demonstrable experience working within the construction and/or pre-construction sector * Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, cost management, and financial controls * Experience managing ERP implementation partners and consultancy teams * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills How To Apply: To be considered for this position, please share your CV directly via the job advert
