Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a growing and highly respected ERP consultancy as they continue to expand their Professional Services team. We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with a strong Epicor background to play a key role in delivering successful ERP implementations for customers across the UK.

The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering Epicor ERP implementations and will be comfortable leading customers through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver Epicor ERP implementation projects across multiple customers and industries
  • Facilitate workshops to capture, analyse and document business requirements
  • Configure and tailor Epicor ERP solutions to meet client needs across Finance and/or Manufacturing functions
  • Provide expert functional guidance and best practice recommendations throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
  • Produce functional design documentation, process maps and project deliverables
  • Support system testing, UAT and go-live activities to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants and wider Professional Services teams
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience delivering Epicor ERP implementations is essential
  • Strong functional consulting experience within Finance, Manufacturing, or both disciplines
  • Experience working across the full ERP project lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing and go-live
  • Excellent understanding of business processes within Finance and/or Manufacturing environments
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
  • Previous experience delivering workshops, training and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote consulting environment
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic or previous Epicor ERP versions
  • Exposure to multi-site, multi-company or international implementations
  • Consultancy or partner-side implementation experience
