Chapman Tate Associates is seeking a ERP Consultant to join this leading provider of innovative ERP business solutions, dedicated to helping organizations streamline their operations and achieve their strategic goals. They pride themselves on their collaborative culture and commitment to keep pushing the boundaries.
This is a new role owing to recent successes and growth of their diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops to gather information on customer requirements
- Own the delivery and ensure the quality of simple, clear and customer focussed functional solutions
- Analyze and understand client business processes and requirements.
- Oversee and work the technical team for the delivery of specified projects
- Prepare requirements and/or functional specifications for any amendments or customisations
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Liaise with the customer, colleagues and management team
- Support colleagues as required including knowledge transfer and deputising in their absence
- Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a an ERP Consultant with Syteline or Epicor or come from a strong technical background where you may have worked internally for a business
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
