Epicor Systems Specialist Luton (Fully Onsite) £65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced ERP & BI Systems Specialist to take ownership of their Epicor ERP and Power BI environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining ERP development, business intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement to drive real business value. Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimise Epicor ERP (Kinetic/v10+) * Develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and customisations * Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions * Build and support integrations between ERP and other business systems * Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams * Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data governance initiatives What We're Looking For * 3+ years' experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic or v10+) * Strong experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, dashboards, and workflows * Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and RLS * Strong SQL Server / T-SQL experience * Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications via APIs * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills This role is fully onsite in Luton and offers the opportunity to become the go-to expert for a business-critical ERP and analytics platform.
