We are partnering with one of the UK's leading Epicor consultancies to recruit an experienced ERP Manufacturing Consultant. The role

As an ERP Manufacturing Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering successful Epicor Kinetic implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects. You will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, configure solutions, deliver workshops, and provide trusted consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing-focused Epicor Kinetic implementation and transformation projects.
  • Conduct business process reviews and requirements gathering workshops.
  • Configure and optimize Epicor manufacturing modules and workflows.
  • Advise customers on best practices across production, planning, scheduling, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Deliver customer training and support user adoption initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical consultants, project managers, and customer stakeholders.
  • Support system testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation improvements.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Travel to customer sites when required for workshops, project delivery, and key milestones.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience implementing or supporting Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic.
  • Strong manufacturing industry knowledge.
  • Experience with modules such as: Production Management, Job Management, Scheduling, MRP, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Shop Floor Control, Quality Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
