Epicor ERP & IT Manager\\n\\nNorth London – Onsite\\n\\n£60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)\\n\\nChapman Tate is working with a growing organisation that is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP & IT Manager. This role blends ERP ownership with IT leadership, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both business systems and technology infrastructure.\\n\\nYou will be responsible for ensuring that the Epicor ERP platform is fully optimised, customised to support evolving business needs, and integrated effectively with wider systems. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the company’s IT environment in partnership with third-party providers, making sure services run smoothly and continuously improve.\\n\\nThis is a hands-on role that will suit a candidate who can balance technical delivery with stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nERP Ownership (Epicor)\\n\\n * Take responsibility for the day-to-day performance, reliability, and usability of the Epicor ERP system.\\n\\n * Lead development, enhancements, and customisations to improve workflows across Finance, Distribution, Production, and Supply Chain.\\n\\n * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.\\n\\n * Act as the subject matter expert for Epicor, managing troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.\\n\\n * Deliver training and documentation to ensure the business gains maximum benefit from the system.\\n\\n * Partner with Epicor consultants and customer support to maximise value from the platform.\\n\\n * Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades, new module rollouts, integrations, and reporting initiatives.\\n\\nIT Leadership\\n\\n * Manage relationships with external IT support providers, ensuring strong service levels and effective issue resolution.\\n\\n * Oversee the stability, security, and performance of core IT systems and infrastructure.\\n\\n * Plan and coordinate IT projects, balancing innovation with operational requirements.\\n\\n * Provide strategic input into future technology investment and improvements.\\n\\n * Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across software, hardware, and connectivity for all employees.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP (Epicor 10 or Kinetic) with proven experience in a developer, analyst, or systems management role.\\n\\n * Proficiency in C#, SQL, SSRS, REST API, and ERP reporting/dashboards.\\n\\n * Background in delivering ERP enhancements for functions such as Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution.\\n\\n * Previous involvement in ERP upgrades, integrations, and customisation projects.\\n\\n * Knowledge of supporting business intelligence tools (Power BI, SharePoint, CRM, or e-commerce integrations would be an advantage).\\n\\n * Experience managing IT infrastructure either directly or via third-party support providers.\\n\\n * Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\\n\\n * A degree in Computer Science or related subject (or equivalent experience).\\n\\n * Willingness to travel occasionally to the company’s Nottingham site
