Chapman Tate are working with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join their team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams to improve processes, deliver ERP solutions and maximise the value of Epicor.

The Role

  • Gathering requirements and translating business needs into Epicor solutions.
  • Mapping and improving manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
  • Configuring and supporting Epicor ERP functionality.
  • Supporting implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshooting complex functional issues.
  • Working with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
  • Providing user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of operational business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.
  • Epicor Kinetic, MRP, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, BAQs, BPMs, integrations/APIs, EDI or multi-site environments would be advantageous.
