Epicor Specialist Developer – Global Clothing Manufacturer
Location: East Midlands (with some international travel)
Chapman Tate is recruiting on behalf of a world-leading clothing manufacturer that operates across five international sites. They are looking for an Epicor Specialist Developer to take ownership of their ERP environment, ensuring it continues to scale and support the needs of a global business.
This is a senior-level position offering the chance to work on large-scale projects, including system upgrades, site-wide maintenance, and custom development across multiple regions. You’ll be the go-to Epicor expert, driving improvements, integrations, and business-critical solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and enhancing Epicor ERP across five global sites.
- Developing, customising, and maintaining Epicor to meet evolving business requirements.
- Leading and delivering system upgrades and ensuring smooth rollouts across international locations.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system improvements.
- Writing and optimising SQL queries, BAQs, BPMs, and custom reports.
- Ensuring the system remains secure, reliable, and aligned with business growth.
- Providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer to colleagues across the group.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, hands-on experience working with multiple versions of Epicor (Epicor 10 / Kinetic highly desirable).
- Background as an Epicor Developer with strong technical skills in C#, SQL, SSRS, REST API, BPMs/BAQs, and dashboards.
- Proven experience of delivering upgrades, customisations, and integration projects within Epicor.
- Ability to work across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution modules.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different regions.
- Previous experience in a global or multi-site environment would be a real advantage.
