Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Digital Transformation (Insurance)

Contract Length: 6 Months

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Location: Hybrid – South London

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)

Overview:

Chapman Tate are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a well-established organisation in the insurance sector for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major digital transformation programme, helping to shape the future architecture of a business at the forefront of industry change.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect leading digital transformation initiatives within the insurance industry (essential).
  • Strong understanding of core insurance systems and processes, including underwriting, claims, policy management, and customer engagement.
  • Broad technical knowledge across application, data, infrastructure, and integration architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of enterprise architecture aligned to strategic transformation goals.
