Chapman Tate Associates is partnering with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused contracts professional looking to play a key role within a fast-growing technology business while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full contract lifecycle from negotiation through to renewal
  • Reviewing and managing customer, supplier, and service agreements
  • Supporting sales and operational teams with contractual matters
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining contract governance
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager, or Contract Specialist role
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and service agreements
  • Experience within MSP, IT Services, Telecoms, or Technology environments
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
