I’m supporting a rapidly growing digital solutions organisation that is hiring an HR Business Partner Lead to drive people strategy across the EU region. This is a senior, high-impact role for an HR leader who wants to influence culture, performance, organisational development, and leadership effectiveness while partnering directly with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced tech environment.
As the HRBP Lead, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and ensuring HR continues to be a true enabler of organisational success. You’ll shape culture, drive performance excellence, lead change initiatives, and elevate the employee experience across multiple countries.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and change initiatives.
- Lead performance management cycles and capability development.
- Identify skill gaps and work with L&D on targeted development programmes.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with HR operations.
- Use HR analytics to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Support leaders in major transformation and change programmes.
- Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
8–10 years of HR experience, including 3–4 years in a business partnering role. Strong grounding in HR best practice, compliance, organisational development, and performance management. Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills. Exposure to high-impact HR initiatives in a fast-growing tech organisation.
