A high-growth, globally backed AI & Data led consultancy is looking to hire a Salesforce Account Executive to drive net new business across the UK and Europe. This is not an account management role. This is a pure hunter position for someone who thrives on building pipeline, winning logos, and closing high-value Salesforce-led engagements.

You’ll be joining a Salesforce Summit Partner with strong delivery capability, a credible brand in the market, and serious backing to scale.

  • Driving new business sales across enterprise and mid-market organisations
  • Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting → pipeline creation → deal closure
  • Selling Salesforce solutions and consulting services
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite, Heads of Digital, Transformation Leaders)
  • Collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions

Proven track record as a Salesforce Account Executive / New Business Sales professional:

  • Demonstrated success in winning new logos (not just growing existing accounts)
  • Salesforce directly OR Salesforce services within a consultancy / partner ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds, etc.)
  • Ability to operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment
  • Experience working at Salesforce
  • Background within a Salesforce partner / consultancy
