Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced ERP & BI Systems Specialist to take ownership of their Epicor ERP and Power BI environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining ERP development, business intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement to drive real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Epicor ERP (Kinetic/v10+)
- Develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and customisations
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions
- Build and support integrations between ERP and other business systems
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
- Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data governance initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic or v10+)
- Strong experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, dashboards, and workflows
- Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and RLS
- Strong SQL Server / T-SQL experience
- Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications via APIs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
