Chapman Tate Associates are delighted to be partnering with a growing and forward-thinking organisation seeking a Net Suite Business Analyst to join their team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Finance and ERP experience to play a key role in the optimisation, development, and enhancement of a Net Suite environment.
You'll work closely with finance and operational stakeholders, driving process improvements across critical business functions including Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), and broader finance transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring Net Suite continues to support the organisation's strategic objectives while delivering efficiencies across finance and operational processes.
The Role
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across finance and operational teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve and optimise Net Suite functionality.
- Support business process improvement initiatives across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business challenges and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for internal and external technical teams.
- Support Net Suite projects, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within financial processes.
- Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure Net Suite supports key reporting and operational requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Net Suite-related business processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Net Suite environment.
- Strong finance and accounting process knowledge.
- Experience working with Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience working with Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
- Understanding of Record to Report (R2R) and wider finance operations.
- Ability to gather requirements and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or optimisation projects.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
