Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be partnering with a leading UK manufacturing organisation in the search for an experienced Epicor Support Analyst to join their growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and enhancing a business-critical Epicor ERP environment within a highly successful and innovative manufacturing business. Working remotely, you will act as the primary point of contact for Epicor support, troubleshooting issues, driving system improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the ERP platform continues to deliver maximum value.
- The Role
- Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Epicor ERP users across the business
- Investigating and resolving application, process and system-related issues
- Supporting ERP upgrades, patches and system enhancements
- Working closely with business users to gather requirements and improve processes
- Creating and maintaining system documentation and user guides
- Delivering user training and ongoing support
- Liaising with third-party vendors and implementation partners where required
- Supporting reporting, data management and ERP optimisation initiatives
- What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supporting Epicor ERP in a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes
- Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and managing user support requests
- Knowledge of Epicor modules such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance or Distribution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools or ERP customisation would be advantageous
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
