The Opportunity

Chapman Tate Associates are recruiting on behalf of a growing technology and security solutions provider seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business growth across modern CCTV, video surveillance, access control, and physical security solutions.

Our client is a trusted partner of one of the fastest-growing cloud security platforms in the market and is looking for an ambitious salesperson who understands the security industry and is passionate about helping businesses protect their people, property, and assets.

The Role

As a Security Sales Executive, you will be responsible for

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Building relationships with business owners, facilities managers, IT leaders, and senior stakeholders
  • Conducting customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
  • Working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored security solutions
  • Developing opportunities across CCTV, access control, video surveillance, cloud security, and related technologies
  • Maintaining an active sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a sales, account management, or business development role
  • Previous experience selling CCTV, surveillance, access control, security systems, fire & security, or related technology solutions
  • Proven ability to generate and win new business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
