The role will focus on improving workflow performance, customer experience and operational scalability across conveyancing and partner operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery across conveyancing and transaction workflows
- Drive process improvement, efficiency and service performance
- Manage operational KPIs, SLAs and transaction timelines
