£50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary | £90,000 - £100,000 OTE
Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be working with a leading PropTech SaaS provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the North West region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business that is transforming the way public sector organisations manage property, assets, and estates through an innovative cloud-based platform.
As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of new business generation, developing relationships with key decision-makers across local authorities, housing associations, public sector organisations, and wider government-funded bodies. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
The Role
Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across the North West region.
Sell a market-leading PropTech SaaS platform into public sector organisations.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to contract signature.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximise opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
