Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be working with a leading IT solutions provider to recruit an Inside Sales Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in an IT reseller, VAR, or distribution environment who is looking to develop their account management career within a growing business.
The Role
Joining a team of around 10 professionals dedicated to managing and growing existing customer accounts, you'll work closely alongside Sales Directors to maintain customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximise revenue across an established client base.
This is primarily an account management role, focused on nurturing existing customers rather than cold business development.

- £33,000 basic salary
- £7,000 commission package
- Hybrid working model
- Initial onboarding period of 4-6 weeks with office attendance 3 days per week
- Following probation, reduced office requirement to just 1 day per week
- Travel expenses covered for candidates based further afield

What We're Looking For
- Experience within an IT Reseller, VAR, MSP, or Distribution environment
- Confident managing customer relationships independently
- Comfortable working alongside senior sales stakeholders and directors
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify upsell opportunities
- Excellent communication and account management skills
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft licensing knowledge
- Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem
- Veeam product knowledge
- Previous experience in an Inside Sales, Account Management, Sales Support, or Customer Success role within the IT channel
