Purpose of Role

Manage all aspects of a Business Aviation charter flight, from initial request to booking and flight operation completion. Maximise business opportunities by offering tailored solutions within budget and operational constraints while ensuring profitability. Develop and manage a client portfolio, actively seeking new business through leads, recommendations, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with aircraft providers to obtain and negotiate the best offers for clients.
  • Secure cost-effective solutions for clients' charter needs through negotiation.
  • Provide timely and detailed flight information to clients.
  • Secure flight confirmations and maintain follow-up with clients and providers.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including contracts and insurance.
  • Review supplier contracts to align with company standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive flight briefs.
  • Accurately record customer information in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry operations and capabilities.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, leads, and industry partners to maximise opportunities.
