Chapman Architects is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London. Chapman Architects is seeking an energetic Part 2 with two plus years’ of experience, to join its friendly, award-winning, RIBA Chartered Practice, in London SE1. This is a great opportunity for an architectural assistant who is developing all-round skills and has experience of working on projects in the commercial sector in or around London.
CA has a portfolio of high-end projects in and around London, most are mixed-use, including headquarters buildings, retail and offices, and encompass both new build and the restoration of some unique buildings. We are a small to medium sized young practice, looking for a personable Part II to join us.
Qualifications, qualities and experience:
- Experience of working on commercial projects in London is a ‘must have’
- Experience of servicing a project using a variety of software
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly and personable, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
This is a full-time role, and you will be expected to work in our offices from Monday to Thursday with WFH on a Friday.
