The Role
  • Manage parts enquiries and supply parts to workshop technicians and customers
  • Support the service department with scheduling and customer updates
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and ordering processes
  • Provide a first-class end-to-end customer experience
  • Identify upsell opportunities on parts, accessories and service items
  • Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in line with dealership standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong parts experience within the motor trade
  • Previous experience in a dealership parts or service advisor role
  • Kerridge system knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Experience: Motor trade: 2 years (preferred)
