The Role

  • Process vehicle sales orders accurately from order to delivery
  • Ensure all documentation meets FCA, DVLA, and manufacturer requirements
  • Manage registrations, invoicing, and deal files
  • Liaise with finance companies, sales teams, and customers
  • Maintain accurate records on internal systems
  • Support audits and ensure full compliance
  • Handle customer queries and track order progress

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, registrations, and compliance
  • Experience using dealership management systems such as Kerridge, CDK, or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of transactions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across departments and with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • FCA compliance knowledge and experience with regulated finance products
  • Experience with both new and used vehicle sales
  • Familiarity with manufacturer standards and audit processes
