Role Requirements
The Successful Candidate will be:
- An excellent communicator who can speak clearly and concisely
- Enthusiastic with a good telephone manner
- Able to achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs
- Upselling products and service plan offers to existing customers
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Able to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers
- Ambitious and eager to earn and relish the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commissions
- Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to use initiative
- Motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong team player
