Salary: An achievable OTE of up to £30,000 per annum dependent upon experience.

Role Requirements

The Successful Candidate will be:

  • An excellent communicator who can speak clearly and concisely
  • Enthusiastic with a good telephone manner
  • Able to achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs
  • Upselling products and service plan offers to existing customers
  • Accurate and attentive to detail
  • Able to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers
  • Ambitious and eager to earn and relish the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commissions
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to use initiative
  • Motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong team player
