Bodyshop Manager - Performance Bonus + Company Car - Warrington
We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our Warrington location.

Job Purpose
As Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the department β ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards, customers receive outstanding service, and the business meets its financial targets.
You will:
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, painters and estimators
- Manage workflow to ensure efficient, on-time repairs
- Liaise with customers and insurance companies
- Oversee estimates, costs and profitability
- Ensure manufacturer and health & safety compliance
- Drive quality standards and customer satisfaction
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a Body Shop leadership role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating
- A customer-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage KPIs
- Experience working with insurers and accident management companies
- ATA/VDA accreditation would be an advantage
- A full driving licence with no more than six points (due to insurance purposes)
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
- Technical and engineering qualifications.
